Big Sky Ranch/CATNIP FoundationBig Sky Ranch/CATNIP Foundation is an animal welfare organization based on the North Shore of New Orleans, Louisiana. We provide valuable programs as alternatives to euthanasia to lower the number of animals entering shelters and the ones being killed there. Additionally, we provide valuable resources to other shelters and rescues, which would otherwise not be available to help them, further reducing the numbers entering and being killed in shelters. Our lifesaving programs focus on adoption, access to low-cost spay/neuter services, care for indigent pets, transport, and education.
There are about 300 animals at our 10-acre site on any given day. About 250 of those are cats. Donations from Crijo will help cats in our care stay comfortable while they wait to find a forever home. |
