We do our best to provide prompt and sufficient service. Once your payment is processed, our warehouse will begin building and prepping your products for shipment. Packages are inspected before shipment to ensure that each product arrives in excellent condition. Your order is then sent to one of our trusted carriers for delivery. All orders are built to order and are typically manufactured, processed, and shipped within 30 business days. However, due to potential interruptions in the supply chain process, we provide a window of 30-60 days for your product to ship. We will make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and additional details. Expect delays during holidays and severe weather.
no refunds
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds or allow returns of un-damaged merchandise. Exchange or product repair of damaged my be made available to you. Report any damage upon delivery immediately and take pictures as evidence. Such requests must be made within seven (7) days of product delivery and is solely at the discretion of CRIJO Pet Products.

CRIJO products are made from high quality, durable materials, made to last with proper care and maintenance. CRIJO expressly disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied. Units should never be used by persons, especially children. We are not responsible for injury to pets or persons using our products. Limited assembly may be required. Before cleaning the equipment, consult the “cleaning instructions” under the “Care & Cleaning” page.
our shipping & handling carriers
We strive to provide the best shipping rates to our customers. Most of our smaller items ship with UPS or FedEx. For larger orders, we check rates from a full list of our most trusted LTL carriers to ensure the most cost-effective shipment possible.
